Dixon, Jackson and Mommy, along with Garland Elementary, participated in a patriotic program to honor our nation and those who serve to protect it. They sang lots of nice, patriotic songs and recited a portion of the constitution. Daddy, Pa, Kasen and I were happy to go support them and to enjoy the music.
My favorite song was, Thank You, Military. The kids knew it really well and sang it nice and loud. Each class wore a red, white or blue shirt and sat in rows that looked like Old Glory from a distance. It was nice. Thank you, Garland Elementary for a nice evening.
